The dirty, gritty music of the past like Nirvana seems to be disappearing and there seems to be a lack of people coming forward to support it. That grunge and punk music was made famous by artists who spilled their guts out with every note and expressed their vulnerabilities to the world. Luckily, there are bands like DIgamY, good friends of The Dive, keeping the music alive with their latest album SayTen's Imagination.
DIgamY is a long running band that has been tearing about the Astoria and New York local scene. They have a strong following of fans that love their dirty, hard rock sound. New and old fans alike should be very pleased with this new album.
From the bluesy intro bass notes in "Blue" to the shredding guitar and powerful vocals in "Jonestown Future" to the final satisfying cymbal crash in "Lucy's Song," this album is dripping with powerful emotion and awesome rock music. This seriously is an album you cannot miss if you miss the classic gritty rock.
The album is now available for purchase through their Band Camp. You can pay what you want for individual tracks but I suggest purchasing the full album for $5. If you do purchase the full album, you get all of the awesome songs and an awesome bonus live track called "Miracle Worker."
Please help support this awesome band and their upcoming summer tour by paying for this music. Purchase the album for $5 or give a little bit per song. Any help you can offer will be kindly appreciated by the awesome guys in DIgamY. "SayTen's Imagination" is dirty, gritty, heavy, and awesome. Can you SayTen out of ten for "SayTen's Imagination?"
